We ship Australia Wide – $12 flat rate (standard delivery 2-7 business days). We use Australia Post for all our local deliveries. For customer reference, all orders will be provided with a tracking number once the order is despatched.
If you would like your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please write a note at the time of order.
Please note that if you choose this option, we cannot be held responsible if the parcel goes missing. Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of order. Some rural areas can take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Flat-rate of $30 for ALL INTERNATIONAL RETAIL ORDERS! We express ship all our International orders with Australia Postl. Depending on the country, it should take an estimated 3-10 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities. You will be emailed a Tracking Number once your order has been shipped.
Please be aware that International orders may incur a customs or an import duty fee. You are responsible for payment of these fees. These fees are different for all countries. Changed your mind? That’s okay. We accept returns of unused and unopened items (in their original packaging) within 15 days of delivery.
Please return all items to Ms.Lova, 1403/14 Ella St., Newstead QLD 4006, and include your name, address, phone number, reason for return and how you paid for your item. Refunds exclude any shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, we absolutely cannot accept opened or used products. If a returned product appears used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
